
In a day and age when being young, poor and female meant a person didn’t have much of a chance to become anything important, a Hebrew girl was chosen to be the subject of art, music, literature and was possibly the most well-known and adored woman in history. Her name was Mary. She was chosen by God to give birth to the savior of the world.
